Rock giants The Killers, electropop duo The Chainsmokers, and superstar rapper Kendrick Lamar will headline the 2018 Hangout Music Festival, officials announced Tuesday.
The popular oceanfront festival, currently in its ninth year, will take place over three days from Friday, May 18 to Sunday, May 20, 2018 on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Ala. The Killers will headline Friday’s lineup, with The Chainsmokers set for Saturday and Kendrick Lamar topping Sunday’s schedule.
In addition to the headliners, officials also announced almost 60 other acts set to perform at the festival, including Grammy winner St. Vincent, SZA, Manchester Orchestra, ODESZA, Alex Lahey, Foster The People, Cold War Kids, Halsey, and more.
Tickets are set to go on sale at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 16, with three-day general admission tickets starting at $259. Attendees can pay in full upfront or take advantage of the festival’s “EZ-Pay” plans, which allow payment in four monthly installments.
Details for Hangout Fest’s Thursday Kick-Off Party, a separately ticketed event, will be announced later along with full lineup details and ticket information, officials said.
