Pensacola developers Quint and Rishy Studer have filed plans with the city to construct a four story mixed-use office building in downtown Pensacola. The plans, filed by Studer’s Daily Convo LLC, propose constructing the building adjacent to the Studer’s $50 million mixed-use apartment development and the new $16 million downtown YMCA, currently under construction.
The proposed development is in a prime location at 200 South Jefferson Street. According to city records, the project includes 55,200 square feet of new construction.
The project is immediately next door to the Studer’s mixed-use development proposed at the corner of Jefferson and Intendencia Streets. That project will feature more than 250 one, two and three bedroom apartments, along with more than 500 space parking garage and ground retail, restaurants and offices. Both of the developments are proposed to feature similar architectural designs.
The new building is proposed to feature retail and restaurant space on the ground floor and office space on the upper three floors. The site includes 25 parking spaces, with overflow parking to be reserved in the proposed parking garage adjacent to the development.
Bay Design Architecture is the architect of record for the office building. Daily Convo is seeking conceptual approval from the city’s Architectural Review Board at its December 17 meeting.
