The North Florida chapter of the Urban Land Institute has selected Pensacola’s Community Maritime as one of three finalists for an Award for Excellence in the Open Space category.
The other finalists are Depot Park and Bo Diddley, both located in Gainesville, Fla. The Community Maritime Park is the first-ever finalist from the Pensacola area.
Billed as “the real estate development community’s most prestigious awards,” ULI’s Awards for Excellence program is intended to be the centerpiece of the institute’s efforts to identify and promote best practices in all types of real estate development. Submitted projects are reviewed by a panel of independent judges from the local and national development community.
Award winners will announced at a ceremony to be held October 11 in Jacksonville.
