It would be better if they allowed the existing park/boat ramp to become the exclusive park. It is next to the restaurant and great to go get food and drink as you do the park thing. Take this new parcel and make it the boat ramp and parking. The boat ramp as it is does not have enough parking as it is. So let’s waste the big parcel for a handful of visitors during short periods throughout the year, when the small parcel for a park would be MORE than adequate. The boating access need is a more year round need and use. This larger parcel would provide much needed adequate parking. But, you know how tge county is…… RARELY THINK!!!!!

So needed in that area especially. This will allow all the residents who are using the boat area as a public swimming area, which is scary when launching or pulling your boat out.
