Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will be back in Pensacola on Wednesday for the third time this year, returning to stage one more rally in the final week of the campaign.

City officials confirmed Monday afternoon that Trump’s campaign had reserved the city-owned Hunter Amphitheater, which overlooks Pensacola Bay at the Community Maritime Park. City spokesman Vernon Stewart said that the details of Trump’s event were still being worked out, but the Trump campaign website lists the rally as starting at 7:00 p.m.

Trump held campaign rallies at the 10,000-seat Pensacola Civic Center in January, during the Republican primary, and in September. Both rallies had overflow crowds. The area surrounding the amphitheater, on the other hand, can accommodate around 5,000 people, city officials said.

Northwest Florida has been solid Republican territory in the last eight presidential elections — both John McCain and Mitt Romney won Escambia County by about 20 points in 2008 and 2012, respectively — but Trump could be looking to run up the score. The race between Trump and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton for Florida’s 29 electoral votes is one of the closest in the nation, according to polling aggregator FiveThirtyEight, which as of Monday evening gives Trump a 50.1% chance of winning the state.

The Hunter Amphitheatre is located behind Pensacola Blue Wahoos Stadium at 351 West Cedar Street. To get tickets for Trump’s rally, visit his campaign website: https://www.donaldjtrump.com/schedule/register/pensacola-fl3/
